The mermaid world is new upcoming and just as fun as it sounds! At 18 I was lucky enough to be gifted a mermaid experience to find out if I had what it takes to be a mermaid. And I loved it.
Nothing else came of it, but honestly it was the experience of a lifetime! Then lockdown came. I think it was lockdown #3 and I wanted to expand my CV and I was reminiscing of my time mermaiding. How great it was, how much I love the water, how natural it felt. And I wanted to find a way to recreate it. So I started looking. Endless searches, lots of scrolling. My Instagram feed was redesigned to the underwater world.
Then I found the course that transformed it all. I’d been swim teaching since 2016 and loved it. I was fully qualified from babies to adults there wasn’t necessarily loads of development. Apart from this new course STA had put out to train up mermaid instructors. I had to go for it.
So now I am officially a professional mermaid instructor. Qualified for experiences, regular sessions, parties, events- the lot. And totally ready to bring the magical world to life for you!
