We’re on day 3 so far and honestly it is HOT.
For some reason I’ve been absolutely shattered all the time. I slept from about 4pm kind of on and off til 9am on Monday- basically I easily got 12 hours sleep I’d guess closer to 15 hours. I missed a beach walk, dinner, any games they played. Yet by 6pm on the Tuesday I was honestly exhausted! How that happened I’m not sure, I’d assume the sun took me out. I’m not good at protecting myself against it I absolutely love the heat and the sun blinding me probably not a good habit.
Most of our time so far has been spent either swimming, sunning or eating. We have had a couple of ventures beyond the parc to the beach and to find the scuba diving base and get ice creams but across 2 days that’s probably not particularly impressive. But honestly all inclusive is there to save you going anywhere else and since we spent the money we might as well make it worth it!
Tonight has been the football game. We went to watch it over the french side but honestly there weren’t too many people and not enough alcohol to hand to help me get into to so I got some Instagram posts up ready to post. That’s about it. We’ve eaten a lot, so much good food when you can get around all the people and drinks are endless! I need to learn to chug beer better than I do!
I managed to get my mermaid tail out today- one advantage of the relaxed rules of water safety, no one will tell you the do’s and don’t so you can just go for it! It was lots of fun and only a couple of funny looks. I’m hoping that means I can spend some time over the next week or so getting some solid content to use across my social media’s and just for a bit of fun huh!
Tomorrow I’m hoping to book into a scuba dive for Friday or Monday with Mum. Her justification was that from here on out, with holidays sin pequenos she might never get a chance to do it with anyone. No chance dad would want to do it with her. So this way if she comes with me she doesn’t have to do it alone! Guess it’ll be fun, I’m excited to see under the sea I’m hoping I don’t get to scared of the fish but a full wetsuit should help. Then when I’m home I can plan for a trip to Cornwall for a full free diving AIDA.
